Booking System Overview

The Booking System allows the following functionality:

• Users to reserve resources such as function rooms, meeting rooms, tennis courts etc.
• Identify features within specific resources such as speaker phones, white boards, bottled gas outlets etc.
• Determine days of the week and hours of each day, that resources are available for booking.
• Control how often a user, or group of users, can book a resource.
• Communicate deposits and costs of resources, including time windows to make deposit or cost payments.

The Booking System is accessed via the user menu (top right), by selecting Admin -> Booking.
